6pm Friday Phil Mainwaring sends me a message in San Fancisco asking could I get back for this. Reply ‘no can do’ as had to fly a Dreamliner back to Gatwick in 11 hours (third trip across the pond in seven days) and would be brain dead by time I got the train back up North.
